What we have completed so far

This is a video of what we have completed so far.

We have finished our sub tasks which are a poster to be advertised into a magazine or as a film poster would be shown, and a double page magazine spread.

Our Magazine is to be shown in Empire magazine therefore we researched into how they produce their magazines, for example they do not always have The name clear, this is because it is a well known magazine therefore they do not have to show it as people already know what magazine it is and what it is about.

After we had completed a first draft or our magazine review, we exhibited it to people of our target audience and asked them how we could improve our magazine. However we also had to think about the conventions of a poster and how Empire magazine conveys their layout, which means this would not allows us to change everything as it has to be arranged a certain way.

When getting the feedback the majority of people had the same comments. these were to change the font and the size of the Title.

For our poster, we came up with three different posters and will decide which one we shall use, The poster is very simplistic as on average a person only looks at a poster for 20 seconds. this means you need to tell them all of the information and get them to remember the film in that amount of time.
